Growing up in a Greek and Sicilian family, the Cleveland native creates boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes at his restaurants, Mabel’s BBQ, Bar Symon, and Angeline. He also shares his exuberant, approachable cooking style and infectious laugh with viewers on Food Network shows Symon’s Dinners and BBQ USA. Now, Symon brings his dynamic culinary style to an exclusive collab dinner with Chef Joshua Smith (Delilah, Wynn Las Vegas). The pair will conjure a Mediterranean feast highlighted by such dishes as grilled octopus with chickpeas and tomatoes; grilled lamb chops with pea tzatziki and lemon potatoes; and Skull Island prawns saganaki with feta and tomato passata flambé tableside with ouzo, among other exciting and savory dishes.
