Two of the nation’s leading pitmasters, Burt Bakman (Slab, Los Angeles) and Daniel Castillo (Heritage Barbecue, San Juan Capistrano), lead a master class on achieving barbecue perfection—from rubs, mops, and sauces to techniques for pro-level grilling and smoking—followed by a casual lunch.
2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 – Intrigue
Actor and bourbon-maker Ian Somerhalder goes behind the bar with Mariena Mercer Boarini (master mixologist, Wynn Resorts – North America) to show guests how to craft the perfect cocktail using Brother’s Bond.
2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21 – SW Steakhouse
Sample whisky styles from around the world, guided by renowned whisky authority Mahesh Patel and complemented by small bites created by Mark LoRusso (SW Steakhouse, Wynn Las Vegas).
6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22 – PISCES Bar & Seafare
James Beard Foundation Award-winner and Top Chef Masters champion Chef Douglas Keane (Cyrus, Geyserville) teams up with Chef Martin Heierling (PISCES Bar & Seafare, Wynn Las Vegas) to take Revelry guests on a dining journey at PISCES Bar & Seafare. Pastry Chef Josh Gaulin (Cyrus, Geyserville) presents the dessert course, Mariena Mercer Boarini (master mixologist, Wynn Resorts – North America) creates inventive cocktails, and Brian Weitzman (executive director of wine, Wynn Las Vegas) selects the wine pairings.
12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23 – SW Steakhouse
Spend an afternoon with Michelin-recognized chef, James Beard Foundation Award-winner, and Top Chef Masters champion, Douglas Keane (Cyrus, Geyserville), as he prepares signature dishes from his acclaimed restaurant, followed by a reading from his best-selling memoir, “Culinary Leverage – A Journey Through the Heat.” This event features a master cooking class and lunch, and guests will receive a copy of the book.
6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23 – Casa Playa
Chef Junghyun Park (Atomix, New York City) joins Chef Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas) for an unforgettable dinner of their highly acclaimed cuisines. Both chefs have received numerous accolades, including Park’s two Michelin stars and a No. 6 ranking on the World’s 50 Best List for his restaurant Atomix, and Thompson’s 2025 James Beard Award Finalist for Best Chef: Southwest recognition. Exploring craft, technique, product, and flavor across multiple courses, this duo will deliver a boundary-pushing experience. James Beard Foundation Award-honored Chef Jennifer Yee (executive pastry chef, Wynn Las Vegas) completes the evening with her artful confections. Wine pairings from Brian Weitzman (executive director of wine, Wynn Las Vegas) flow with the courses.
12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 – Mizumi
Farmer Katina Connaughton and Chef Kyle Connaughton (SingleThread, Healdsburg), with three Michelin stars and No. 46 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, collaborate with Chef Jeff Ramsey (Mizumi, Wynn Las Vegas) on a very special lunch that will weave together the trio's training, experience, and deep appreciation and understanding of Japanese gastronomy. Pastry Chef Eunji Lee (Lysée, New York City) signs off on the afternoon with a sublime dessert course. Brian Weitzman (executive director of wine, Wynn Las Vegas) presents wine pairings expertly matched to each chef’s style.
12 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 – Intrigue
Three of America's leading chefs, Food Network and Bravo personality Antonia Lofaso (Black Market Liquor Bar, Scopa Italian Roots, and DAMA, Los Angeles), Michelin-honored Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn, San Francisco), and Angie Mar (Le B., New York City) will demonstrate how to prepare their signature burgers while guests sip champagne. At this exclusive event, taste Lofaso’s braised oxtail burger, Crenn’s cheeseburger she created for actor Ralph Fiennes’ character in the film "The Menu," and Mar’s Le B burger.
12 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 – SW Steakhouse
Led by Alfred Portale (culinary director, Sartiano’s and Zero Bond) and Michael Rubinstein (Sartiano’s Italian Steakhouse and Zero Bond Las Vegas), spend time with the chefs in an intimate setting, and try signature dishes from Sartiano’s flagship restaurant in New York City.
7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 – Delilah
The culinary stars align at an out-of-this-world collaborative dinner hosted by James Beard Foundation Award-honored Chef Christopher Lee (VP of culinary operations and restaurant development, Wynn Las Vegas) set inside modern-day supper club Delilah. This epic, only-at-Wynn evening with an A-team of chefs from around the U.S. features Angie Mar (Le B., New York City); Gavin Kaysen (Spoon & Stable, Minneapolis); JJ Johnson (Fieldtrip, New York City); Fariyal Abdullahi (Hav & Mar, New York City); Jennifer Yee (executive pastry chef, Wynn Las Vegas); and Juan Contreras (pastry chef, Atelier Crenn, San Francisco). As the courses drop, the band cues up, and the room, which has been called the most beautiful in Las Vegas, hits a crescendo with live entertainment that swings through the genres from jazz to pop to modern arrangements of the classics. Inventive cocktail pairings from Mariena Mercer Boarini (master mixologist, Wynn Resorts – North America) and wine selections from Brian Weitzman (executive director of wine, Wynn Las Vegas) complement the incredible dishes.
