Consider yourself an honorary member of the Dutton clan as we conjure the carousing spirit  and delicious tastes of an authentic cowboy cookout inspired by Taylor Sheridan’s epic television series “Yellowstone.” Alberto Trujillo (executive chef, catering and banquets, Wynn Las Vegas) prepares prime cuts from Sheridan’s 6666 Ranch on the live fire. Savor barbecue specialties from Daniel Castillo (Heritage Barbecue, San Juan Capistrano) and Burt Bakman (Slab, Los Angeles). And, because cowboys are always thirsty, a guest mixologist will create collaborative cocktails for the ranch fare.

Victor Delgado and Joy Alvarez (Tacos 1986, Los Angeles) celebrate Baja with Tijuana-style tacos, and Michelin-recognized Rogelio Garcia (Auro, Calistoga) honors Mexico City. Savor these vibrant flavors with Mariena Mercer Boarini’s (master mixologist, Wynn Resorts – North America) agave-inspired cocktails.
